The food grain production is surplus by 100 billion tonnes. The literacy rate is 99%. School dropout rate has reduced to 0.001%.The population of India is 135 crores, or 1.35 billion. The sex ratio is 1020 females per 1000 males. All reservations in government jobs and educational institutions are henceforth scrapped.
The democratic election process has been modified into the proportionate adult suffrage : the number of votes you can cast per election depends on your age, qualifications, income. Any aspirant of the union and state legislatures, have to first write the People's Representative Qualification (PRQ) written test (5-elimination stages), face a 1-hour group discussion and 2-hour personal interview, and thorough medical test and legal background check, before being eligible to stand for any election. All perks in all administrative posts have been squashed.
